GRADING NOTES:

All ukemi to be demonstrated at all gradings.

All standing techniques are to be done on the move and can be asked either Migi or Hidari.

All gradings up to and including 3 brown tabs  will have a minimum of 2 x randori.

ANY previous syllabus can be re-tested at ANY grading.

For every grade, everything listed above 'WHJC EXTRAS' is the standard 2010 BJC Syllabus.
